Leo's Baked right in the apple pie
  
Delicious and oh so easy.

4 red delicious apples
1 tspn cinnimon
1/4 tspn nutmeg
1/4 tspn clove
1/4 allspice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tblspoons flour
1/2 bar of butter
1 tspn vanilla
2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
1 can pop open Biscuits

1 cup raw rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple (in juice)
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
2 cups of mini marshmellows
1 cup sugar

   Directions                                                                                                 :
1. Boil rice with the salt until well done, according to package directions.
2. Rinse and drain well; cool.
3. Make lemon jello, using only 1 cup water.
4. Drain pineapple and add enough water to make a second cup of liquid.
5. Cool until jello is almost set.
6. Whip cream, adding the 1 cup sugar; fold into rice mixture.
7. Beat the jello and fold that also, into rice and cream mixture.
8. Add crushed pineapple marshmallow and let cool until set.
You can also change the flavor of the Jello and the fruit,  Peach Jello with peaches, apple jello with apples etc.

I also use the colored fruity flavored marshmallows when I can find them.  

Variation:  you can add chunks of cheese (blue cheese for example or White cheese)  dried cranberry's and nuts, (walnuts, pecan, etc) you can even add coconut if you like.  Delicious.
 

 

Leos Glorified Rice 


Leo's Chocolate Chip Cookies.
          
2/14 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup of cereal (Coco Puffs)
1 cup Hershey's chocolate chips 
(1 6oz package)
add flour, baking soda, salt, butter and Crisco and mix ingredients well.
add sugar, brown sugar, mix well again. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well again. Add cereal and chocolate chips and mix well again. 
Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet Bake for 12 minutes @ 350 degrees F
until golden brown. remove from cookie sheet 
makes 5 doz. 
you can also use, corn flakes, cheerios, rice crispies, even Captain crunch... Delicious!...

First I used a potato peeler (the old fashiond kind) and I carefully cored the apples it's ok to leave a medium size hollow in the apple (for filling). 
in a bowl I mixed all ingredients and blended them all very well.  then I took mixture and filled the apples (in the hollow from the core being removed)
I use 1 1/2 biscuits per apple roll them out (round) then slice and cross over the apple in a lattice style on top of the apple to sort of hold the filling in.  The buscuit will stick to the apple very nicely. rub a little of filling on top of buscuit then Place 4 apples in a low baking dish and pour in about 1/2 cup of water about 1/2 inch of water in baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until buscuits are golden brown.  Please remember apples are hot.  allow to cool then serve..  The best part is the resulting apple,
